Submitted form data is transmitted securely and delivered to our business email; we do not store it in a public database. To prevent spam, our server temporarily records a hashed (anonymized) version of your IP address for up to 15 minutes to limit the number of submissions from the same source — this record is not linked to your name or contact details and expires automatically.
You are always free to contact us by phone instead of using the website form. If you’d like us to delete any information you’ve previously submitted, email us at carl@villageviewshutters.com and we will honor your request.
